About our Pastor ...

Pastor Reverend John C. Henry, III, was officially ordained and installed as Pastor of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, on July 14th, 2013. He graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana (2013). He completed his vicarage in Reese, Michigan, near Saginaw, in 2011. He received his undergraduate degree from Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato, Minnesota (2008). He received his Master of Sacred Theology from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana (2019). He is currently the Resident Pastor of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Whiting, Indiana, where he offers three Divine Services, a Sunday Morning English Service, a Sunday Noon Spanish Communion Service, and a Monday Evening English Service, as well as Adult Bible Study, Pastoral Care, Private Confession and Absolution, and Premarital Counseling.
